Fees & Registration Procedures
Application Fee
To apply for an IJA Sanctioned Competition, you must submit the show promoter application and profile with the non-refundable $75.00 application fee.
Registration & Training Fee
Upon acceptance, you will receive email notification with a link that will allow you to pay your $425.00 registration and training fees you must pay in order to secure and arrange your training sessions. The time frame for completing the online training sessions is approximately one month (3 Online Courses). The time frame for completing the onsite training is determined by the availability of IJA Sanctioned Competitions hosted by Barkleigh Productions (2 Onsite Courses).
Annual Membership Fee
The annual membership fee for a Show Promoter to host IJA Sanctioned Competitions is $500.00. Annual membership fees are due September 1st of each year for the following competition year. The first year membership fee is included in the application and registration fee.
Approval Procedure
After receipt of your application form, you will be contacted by an IJA Operations Center Representative that will assist you through the approval process.
Exclusivity
A show promoter may wish to be exclusive in his/her area, region or country. To receive and maintain exclusivity in an individual country, the show promoter must conduct or host at least one competition per year with 6 class categories. If the show promoter is not able to host an IJA Sanctioned Competition with 6 class categories annually, the show promoter will forfeit exclusivity.
